Xinhai rubber bonding process makes the Xinhai rubber bond more firmly with other materials.
Rubber & rubber bonding
(1) Cut the rubber sheets according to the drawings; evenly wipe the roughened surfaces of the rubber sheets with cotton dipped with prepared surfactant; apply a layer of prepared red rubber cement on the rubber sheets with proper, thin and even thickness; and wait until the rubber sheets are dry (reference time: the drying time shall be 20 minutes at the room temperature of 20 ℃).
(2) Then evenly apply the second layer of red rubber cement on the surface of the rubber sheet till the adhesive surface becomes non-sticky; fold the adhesive surface after rubber becomes totally dry; and pressurize it with rubber hammer to make it dense.
(3) The adhesive surface will be firmly bonded in a short time. Adjust the position before the pressing without any deviation. When the positioning is done, press the entire surface to realize the even contact and extrude the air.
Rubber & metal steel plate bonding
(1) Carry out sandblasting treatment on the metal surfaces to be bonded to remove the rust and oxide layer, and immediately paint with base coat after sandblasting.
(2) Apply the base coat (primer) XD-1; when it becomes “dry”, apply the base coat for the second time (the first time of base coat shall be primary, and the second time is only used for fill the omissions of the first time.); and apply the rubber cement when it becomes dry.
(3) Apply a layer of prepared red rubber cement respectively on the metal steel plate coated with base coat and the rubber surface after activation and treatment, and dry them thoroughly.
(4) Evenly apply the second layer of red rubber cement on the surface to be bonded till the adhesive surface is non-sticky, and bond the rubber sheet and the metal steel plate.
(5) The adhesive surface will be firmly bonded in a short time. Adjust the position before the pressing without any deviation. When the positioning is done, press the entire surface to realize the even contact and extrude the air.
